    Rental Inspections and Rent Renewal

    We conduct regular routine inspections on all our rental properties. All tenants are expected to maintain the property to a certain level that was agreed upon when the lease agreement was signed. Tenants are given photo copies of each room in the home including outdoor photos if applicable. We have a zero tolerance on rent fees in arrears. We work within the framework of the Residential Tenancy Authority of Queensland and understand that both landlord and owner have rights. As a rental agreement comes to a close we approach the tenant to see if the wish to continue with the rental. And we also ask the landlord if they want to continue renting the property.

    We want to build relationships with all the owners of our rental properties. We provide inspection reports and full taxation files that can be submitted to the Australian Taxation Authority.
